Nestled among the trees and green meadows of the east side of Riverfront Park is the Forestry Shelter. The shelter and surrounding green space is a very popular location for company picnics, convention barbecues, and any outdoor activity you may be planning.
RENTAL FEE $175.00 and includes:
35 Park style tables and 70 benches with seating for 210 people. Additional seating and tables can be arranged for a fee.
Restrooms, sink with running water, 110 electrical power, trash cans and a built-in barbeque.
The area is cleaned and arranged with our standard setup. Changes to the set up can be arranged for an additional fee.
Our hospitality staff will be present to help insure the success of your event.
PEAK TIME MINIMUM FEE $400.00; Saturday and Sundays Memorial Day weekend through September. The minimum fee can be reduced and satisfied with the purchase of Day Passes. The Peak Fee does not apply if the services of our Riverfront Park Caterer is used.
CATERING SERVICES: The Riverfront Park Catering Service is available to cater your event. (Click Here) for a complete menu.
USE FEE: Groups are permitted to use the services of an approved outside caterer. “Potluck” events are also permitted. The Use Fee is a minimum of $1.50 per person.
USE FEE REDUCTION: The use fee can be reduced and eliminated with the purchase of Summer Day Passes - 30% of the price paid for the passes will be credited to reduce your facility use fee.
GROUP RATE DISCOUNTS: Group discounts are available for all Park attractions for group of 15 or more.
DEPOSIT: $100.00 required with a signed Riverfront Park Private Rental Agreement.
ALCOHOL: The serving of alcohol is permitted with certain restrictions and requirements. See Alcohol policy.

RIVERFRONT PARK NORTHBANK SHELTER
The shelter is located on the beautiful north bank of the Spokane River, overlooking the upper Spokane Falls and Canada Island. It is east of the historic Flour Mill and near the Spokane Arena. It is a great location for company and convention lunches and dinner and for groups of type.
